Chief Prosecutor Susanne Wihlborg tried to have me arrested with full restrictions. This means being imprisoned in a small cell, cut off from all contact with the outside world—not even allowed to speak to my own lawyer…

After yet another failed attempt of “lawfare” against me, I requested the case file from the closed police investigation. It revealed that Chief Prosecutor Susanne Wihlborg requested the police to break into my apartment, seize all my technical equipment, and arrest me!

What was the crime? The police stated the following: “Christian Peterson on April 11, 2024, published posts on X and Facebook with a picture of the complainant sitting with a beer”, and the charge was aggravated defamation because alcohol consumption violates sharia law.

Susanne Wihlborg made the decision about the raid in the middle of the night, after I had published an investigation into the left-wing extremist doxxing site Expo’s employee, Bilan Osman, and her mishandling of protected sources. Osman had walked into the police station in Stockholm and filed a report based on pure lies, emotional manipulation, and the usual race card. Did the corrupt or incompetent prosecutor do any investigation to see if the claims were truthful or not?

At the last minute, early in the morning, a new prosecutor took over the case and halted the police who were preparing the raid against me. But the risk that another crazy Sharia-prosecutor like Susanne Wihlborg could show up again is always looming for all journalists from the opposition.

Closed investigation reveals sick plans

Due to my confrontational and challenging journalism, I have been subjected to various forms of “lawfare” over the years, where activist officials within the judiciary have tried to take me down in various ways. But I have never been convicted of anything, not even speeding, and this week I received yet another closed investigation.

After I reported on the Islamist-linked left-wing extremist Bilan Osman’s leaking source protected information and much more, she went to the police station in Solna. In the police interview, Bilan Osman claimed that I was a nazi and that I was stalking her.

House search the next day

Two hours later, Deputy Chief Prosecutor Susanne Wihlborg initiated a police raid at my home, ordering them to seize all my technical equipment and arrest me with full restrictions. I was to be completely cut off from the outside world because, according to her, I could potentially commit crimes against the “complainant”.

At the same time, in the middle of the night, Susanne Wihlborg tried to persuade the Chancellor of Justice to open an investigation into what had been published on my site. The Chancellor responded that they were not interested in pursuing any charges against me. This is not surprising, as they only prosecute exceptional cases of defamation a handful of times per decade.

Drinking muslim

What was the crime? The investigation stated the following: “Christian Peterson on April 11 published posts on X and Facebook with a picture of the complainant drinking beer.” It also mentioned that I had spread information that the complainant was bisexual—two details that Osman herself had openly shared on social media.

This is the picture of the Somali far-left extremist holding a glass of beer that Chief Prosecutor Susanne Wihlborg used as a pretext to order my arrest with full restrictions… Is Wihlborg corrupt or incompetent? What do you think?

Just hours before the raid was to take place, around 7 AM, a new prosecutor took over the case and stopped the raid that the police had already begun preparing. The plan was for them to break into my apartment at 10:00 AM and arrest me.

Anarcho-tyrant Susanne Wihlborg

This is one of the most insane experiences of my life and a perfect example of anarcho-tyranny. Either an incompetent or corrupt prosecutor decided to imprison me for posting a picture where a known Muslim was sitting with a beer on the table.

Did Susanne Wihlborg conduct any background check on who Bilan Osman is, and did she consider whether the statements in the interview with Bilan Osman were truthful or not? Or was this primarily about upholding Muslim honor?

It is clear that some within the judiciary are willing to go to great lengths to silence opposition voices. But I will not give up, regardless of incompetent or corrupt prosecutors who try to infringe on journalistic freedom of expression.
